"Mosquito Man" was truly everything I could have wanted from a mutating mosquito man flick. There was a guy, he turned into a giant mosquito, he sucked a lot of blood and there you have it. It even had the traditional hot babe as the concerned scientist. All of the B-movie pieces are here. "Mosquito Man" is a fine B-flick.

So the evil corporation wants to find a cure for a mosquito-transmitted disease. They decide to experiment on a mass murderer. Things don't go as planned as the psycho makes a break for it and trashes their lab. Some blue goo lands on him and turns him into the mighty Mosquito Man. The rest of the movie has the beast putting large holes into people for easy access to their blood while a cop and Dr. Babe track the giant insect down.

I was quite pleased with "Mosquito Man". There was a lot of blood and guts as the Mosquito Man went to town on anybody he could find. If you're into monster flicks, you'll probably like it. It's worth a look.

SCORE: 3 out of 4 for being a Mosquito man's man
